☾ Relax your jaw

☾ Relax your tongue

☾ Soften your shoulders

☾ Let your belly flop out

☾ Drop your Cervix

☾ Relax your Vulva

☾ Soften your perineum

☾ Relax your anus

☾ Feel your whole root be grounded in the Earth

☾ Breathe all the way down your spine into your Womb and expand your belly

☾ Exhale all the way back up your spine and release with a cathartic sound

☾ Ahhhhh, breathe deep & witness your newly relaxed body

~ a little daily embodiment practice from my heart to yours ❤ (I do this many times a day)
