The 3 day live immersions:

DAY 1:

We will begin the experience with a beautiful opening ritual, intention setting and arriving into our container together.

We will then move into Melissa's teachings on the basics of Tao Tantric sublimation, kundalini activation & energetic lovemaking.

Then... you will experience a powerful journey of different Tao Tantric practices & intiations  :

1. Taoist organ clearing practice ~ to clear out any old or stagnant energy from your body and organs

    

2. Taoist ovary breathing & testicle breathing practice ~ to begin activating freshhh sexual life force energy inside of your body.

    

3. Taoist Microcosmic Orbit (this is an essential practice for cosmic lovemaking!)

    

   First you will learn to circulate it individually and then, you'll activate this orbit with your partner so you can learn how to circulate pleasure inbetween your bodies during lovemaking!

Finally we will close out DAY 1 with a grounding meditation, integration and sharing.

DAY 2:

We will begin day 2 with our celebrations and reflections from the day before!

You will then receive a deep transmission and teachings from Melissa on the topics of:

• Conscious communication skills for intimacy

• Creating sexual safety and trust between a man and a woman

• Developing your emotional intelligence, attunement and care

• Communicating your basic needs and boundaries (NVC)

• ALSO how to work through and alchemise the triggering lovemaking moments!

After this we will move into >practice time< for these techniques and skills ^

We'll end DAY 2 with a beaaautiful Tantric massage ritual ~ where you'll explore different body touch techniques for deeper intimacy, sensuality and energetic transmission between you and your lover.

You'll have 30 mins to give and 30 mins to receive the ritual. It's absolutely divineee. I promise you, you won't want this one to end ;)

DAY 3:

In day 3, we will have a slightly shorter 2 hour session together.

You'll have the opportunity for a live Q&A and live coaching with Melissa, followed by time for integration, reflections and finally we will close our magical group container together!

Will the calls be recorded & will I have access to the replays?

YES! All calls will be recorded & uploaded into a portal which you will have life access to.

Is this suitable for begginners in Taoism or Tantra?

 This is perfect for a couple who already have their own meditation. embodiment or spiritual practice... and now you're feeling ready to take your relationship and sex to the next level... by learning the Tao Tantric Arts together. This immersion is perfect for both beginner level and intermediate level in the Tao Tantra path or sacred sexuality practice.

Will there be sex or nudity in the calls?

No, this online sanctuary will not include any sex or genital touch. You will be learning and practicing various bodywork, breathwork and energywork techniques in a "non-sexual" context ~ which I'll then invite you to implement into your lovemaking outside of the sanctuary.

No, nudity is not required for any of the practices. All of the practices can be experienced with your clothes on ~ except the final tantric massage ritual ~ where you can decide if you want to receive your massage in your underwear or naked. In the comfort of your own home, it's totally up to you!
